First Century Bank is seeking candidates for a full-time Head Teller position in the Mercer County location. The successful candidate will enjoy working with our customers to provide friendly and efficient service. The candidate will be responsible for quality service, accepting customer deposits, disbursing cash, and daily reconcilement. The Head Teller provides supervision of Branch Operations, including the training and evaluation of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS: HS education or equivalency. The candidate must have the ability to perform basic math and accounting functions and strong interpersonal skills. Pay rate based on experience. Cash handling experience is required and prior retail experience is a definite plus.
